These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the payment gateway services ("Services") provided by [Travel Pro B2B Travel Agency] ("Company") through our website, www.travelpro.ltd ("Website"). By using the Services, you ("User" or ​"Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking or invoice issuance.

3. Authorization

By submitting a payment through our gateway, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to complete the transaction.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your payment details. All transactions are encrypted and protected to ensure your financial information is secure.

5. Transaction Fees

Any fees associated with the processing of payments will be clearly displayed at the time of payment. These fees may include processing fees, currency conversion fees, or other applicable charges.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the following terms:

• Land Cost: Full refund if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start date of the trip.
  
• Flights: No refund on flight costs.
  
• 15 to 1 Day Before Start Date: No refund on any costs.
  

All refunds are based on travel agent deals and third-party agreements overseas as we are a B2B service provider between travel agents and Destination Management Companies (DMCs). All requests for refunds must be made in accordance with these ​terms. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to request a refund.

7. Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and seek reimbursement for any losses incurred. You agree to cooperate with us and provide any necessary information to resolve any payment ​disputes.

8. Fraud Prevention

We use advanced fraud detection systems to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. If we suspect any fraudulent activity, we may hold or cancel transactions and take necessary legal action.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the payment gateway. This includes, but is not limited to, losses arising from technical issues, unauthorized access, or errors in payment processing.

10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, Visakhapatnam. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra ​Pradesh, Visakhapatnam.
